Where are you located?: Palm Glass is located in Jupiter, Florida, but we serve clients all across South Florida. Our service areas include Stuart, Hobe Sound, Tequesta, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Island, Lake Worth, Lake Park, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Manalapan, and lantana, Florida.
Do you accept reservations?: Absolutely! All of our shoots are scheduled by reservation to make sure we give your project the full attention it deserves. Just reach out through our contact form to book your session!
What payment options do you accept?: All payments are processed securely through Square. Clients can pay directly from their contract using major credit or debit cards. This ensures a smooth, professional, and secure transaction every time.
How long is the typical wait?: Turnaround time depends on your specific content and editing needs. We’ll always provide a clear timeline before starting your project so you know exactly what to expect.
